Hi all. So I thought I might write my first supplement review and it’s for a weight loss supplement called Thinner-U that I used before I was really into health and fitness and needed to lose a little weight. I found out about this supplement on this website. Here is a photo of Thinner-U.
Thinner-U works as a stimulant and detox supplement and it really helped me to lose weight. Basically, it contains green tea extract to get all the benefits of green tea and weight loss. It’s been proven that green tea can really help to lose weight and reduce the amount of fat stored in the body. It can also help with reducing cholesterol and more! It’s a really good extract to use. On top of this it also uses a little bit of caffeine to give your energy a boost and get you exercising more.
They claim that you can lose 30 pounds in 90 days. Well that wasn’t particularly true for me, I only lost 28 pounds, but that’s nearly 30 pounds! I recommend it to my friends, but I always tell them that it’s like any supplement, it’s only designed to give you some help. It won’t make you lose weight if you don’t work at it. Thinner-U worked for me and it might work for you too. Some people don’t like stimulants and if you don’t like stimulants, then you might want to stay away from this product. But if you’re like me and you need a bit of energy to kick start your exercise regime, it can really help.
On top of this it’s also a detox formula. It uses other ingredients that have been designed to detox your body and keep it running in top condition, therefore making it easier to lose weight.
I really like Thinner-U and this is my first supplement review. I’ll be writing a few more as soon as I can.
I buy a lot of supplements and over the years I’ve found out how I can save money. Read these tips and you can save money when buying supplements too! It’s actually pretty easy, just follow the advice here.
1. Buy in Bulk.
If you find a supplement that you like, buy a lot of it! The bigger the pack usually the more money you save. So if you know that you’re going to be using the same supplement, vitamin or whatever on a daily basis, buy enough for six months. Yes, you’ll have a bigger outlay at the beginning, but it will be cheaper in the long run.
2. Buy online.
As with most things in life, buying things online tend to be cheaper than buying in stores. I don’t know the reason for this, but I’ve saved hundreds of dollars over the years just by searching online. Amazon is a good place because they have virtually everything you can think of, but for that reason it’s not so good too. I’ve been on Amazon shopping for something small and ended up buying something my credit card probably thinks I shouldn’t!
I’ve found that if you go directly to manufacturer of a product, they often have a sales page and more often than not they are cheaper than other places either online or in the store. They often have free shipping and if you buy 3 or 6 months supply then you can get a real discount. It’s really one of the best things you can do when shopping online.
3. Buy from one place!
If you buy a particular brand then you can save money if you buy it all from the same website. I often by vitamins online and get them all at the same time. This saves money on shipping and also online stores tend to have deals on a range of products. So if you find a package that contains everything you wanted to buy individually, this can also help you to save a few dollars.
So these are my 3 tips of saving money when buying supplements. If you buy a lot of vitamins, supplements, etc. then this is a good read for you!
For all those people that know me, they know that my kitchen cupboards are full with different kinds of supplements to help with my workouts, health and before (a long time before now!) weight loss. I only have legal supplements and I disagree with illegal drugs to enhance your body or sporting abilities.
I’ve got vitamins, Human Growth Hormones, body building supplements and I swear by them. I don’t however, think they are all good. There are some that are terrible and just don’t work, but there are some that really work and do the job. Keep reading my blog. If anybody is serious about their health, then they know that some natural vitamins can really help to keep their body in great condition. They are not as good as getting all the vitamins you need from food, but sometimes it’s impossible to get a varied amount of vitamins, especially if you don’t eat a wide variety of food. For me I can’t stand fish, so I get my Omega acids from a supplement and so far so good.
